The client used to operate through its physical store but when their product started to perform well in market, they decided to increase their market reach using an Ecommerce store for their company.
With revenues of over $1M per year, the client came to BlocBelt looking to modernize and grow their brand’s online presence. Both the main corporate website and their franchisee lead generation website were designed and developed.
BlocBelt provided 4 resources including ROR developer, UI/UX designer, 1 Marketing Executive and 1 Project Manager. The engagement went for 6 months in which BlocBelt kept the client in constant communication with the team to get continuous feedback so that the project gets delivered with all the client’s needs fulfilled.
A highly customized Ecommerce website was developed which enhanced the user experience for the customers and benefited the client in terms of increased revenue, more customer outreach and efficiency for back-office tasks.
